自動攪拌一體車在進行運輸重載混凝土的時候會進行試運轉，那么你知道它是如何進行試運轉的嗎？下面為大家介紹一下步驟。

1、按所需混凝土配比確定供水量，并調節時間繼電器到相應的給水時間。

1. Determine the water supply according to the required concrete ratio, and adjust the time relay to the corresponding water supply time.

2、啟動攪拌電動機運轉。

2. Start the mixing motor.

3、關閉卸料門，在料斗內加入所需的混合料后，提升料斗，料斗應運行平穩并能自如停止在軌道的任意位置，若有打滑現象，應先將料斗放入坑底，然后調整制動電機上的大螺母。料斗提升正常，制動可靠后，向攪拌罐內投料，同時啟動水泵向攪拌罐內供水。

3. Close the discharge door and add the required mixture into the hopper. After lifting the hopper, the hopper should run smoothly and stop at any position of the track freely. If there is slippage, the hopper should first be put into the bottom of the pit and then adjust the large nut on the brake motor. After the hopper lifting is normal and the brake is reliable, the material is fed into the mixing tank, and the water pump is started to supply water to the mixing tank.

4、攪拌25—35秒后，啟動卸料門卸料。

4. After mixing for 25-35 seconds, start the discharge valve to discharge.

5、在上述各項試運轉過程中，如發現不正常情況，應立即停機檢查，排除故障，然后再次試驗，直到正常為止。
