自動攪拌一體車是用來運送建筑用混凝土的專用卡車；由于它的外形，也常被稱為田螺車。這類卡車上都裝置圓筒型的攪拌筒以運載混合后的混凝土。在運輸過程中會始終保持攪拌筒轉動，以保證所運載的混凝土不會凝固。運送完混凝土后，通常都會用水沖洗攪拌筒內部，防止硬化的混凝土占用空間。

This kind of truck is equipped with cylindrical mixing drum to carry the mixed concrete. During transportation, the mixing drum will always keep rotating to ensure that the concrete will not solidify. 自動攪拌一體車的散熱器在使用過程中，會因腐蝕和積垢等原因影響冷卻效果。清洗散熱器，去除水垢，是恢復散熱器的散熱能力的有用方法。車用柴油機進行維護時，須清洗發動機的冷卻系統。若水垢不多，可用水強力沖洗。此時散熱器和發動機水套的沖洗應分開進行。

預先將節溫器拆下，并將汽缸蓋上出水彎頭的旁通孔堵塞，用專門的沖洗槍，在供入水的同時，供入壓縮空氣，則沖洗效果較好。沖洗水流的方向應和發動機工作時，水的循環方向相反。為減少水垢，在冷卻系統中盡量是添加軟水;在低溫下使用，盡量添加防凍液。

In order to reduce scale, soft water should be added to the cooling system as much as possible; Use at low temperature, add antifreeze as much as possible.

如果自動攪拌一體車的散熱器水垢較多，則應采取化學除垢劑清洗。即利用酸或堿類物質與水垢的化學反應，生成可溶于水的物質將水垢清除。清洗時，盡量采用循環法，即先用酸性溶液洗滌，再用堿性溶液沖洗中和。清洗時，除垢劑以一定的壓力(一般為10l(Pa)，在汽缸體水套或散熱器內循環，一般經3～5min后即可清洗完畢。清洗散熱器時，清洗水套、散熱器的溶液和清洗方法。
