自動攪拌車裝運攪拌好的混凝土時，攪拌筒轉速為2-10轉/分，在運送過程中，平整路面上攪拌筒轉速保證在2-3轉/分，行進在側傾斜度大于50的路面，或擺布晃動較大的路面時，應中止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉后再攪拌旋轉。起動之前，應把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“中止”方位。起動發動機后，應使攪拌筒在低速下滾動10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可作業。

車內裝有混凝土時，在現場不得停留超越1小時，如超時應立即請求現場負責人給予及時處理。自動上料攪拌車運送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時不得超越2小時，陰雨氣候溫度低時，不得超越2.5小時。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長時間停轉，以防混凝土發生離析現象。司機應經常調查混凝土狀況，發現異常及時通報調度室，請求做出處理。

If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be asked to deal with it in time. The slump of concrete transported by automatic loading mixer shall not be less than 8cm. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent concrete segregation. The driver shall often investigate the concrete condition, report to the control room in time if any abnormality is found, and request to deal with it.

自動攪拌車在露天停放時，裝料前應將攪拌筒回轉，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質量。在運送混凝土時，要保證滑斗放置結實，防止因松動形成搖擺，在跋涉中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運轉。出料結束，應立即用隨車的軟管放水將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，再向攪拌筒內灌150-200L的清水，讓攪拌筒慢速滾動，以清洗內壁。
