有些客戶在購買自動攪拌一體機時，覺得拌和車的容積是越大越好，盡管從理論上來說，這種觀念是對的，但實踐上，自動攪拌一體機的選購運用并拌和如此，容積大必定也就罐體越大。

自動上料攪拌車罐體容積大不只影響購車的本錢，還影響車輛功用，行車系數低，罐體越大越高，車輛穩定性差。所以車主朋友們應根據拌和車作業的工況環境，經濟效益，功用、等多方面要素選擇適合的自動攪拌一體機。

那么終究關于攪拌一體機容積該怎樣選？首要攪拌機容積不能簡略的以為便是罐體的容積，要有清楚的三個概念差異：

1、主動上來拌和車幾許容積：拌和桶內實踐的幾許容積，是指拌和罐設計時，用數學方法核算出來的幾許容積。

1. The volume of the mixing truck: the actual volume in the mixing tank refers to the volume calculated by mathematical method when the mixing tank is designed.

2、拌和動容積：料攪拌機能夠運送的預拌混凝土量（以搗實后的體積計）。能夠當作攪拌機抵達工程現場所能夠卸下的混凝土方量預拌混凝土容量按2400kg/m3核算。

2. Mixing dynamic volume: the amount of ready mixed concrete that can be transported by the material mixer (based on the volume after tamping). The volume of concrete that can be unloaded when arriving at the project site as a mixer, and the capacity of ready mixed concrete is calculated as 2400KG / m3.

3、拌和容積：自動上料攪拌車置于水平方位，拌和桶能容納的未經拌和的混凝土物料（包含水），并能拌和出運混凝土的量（以搗實后的體積計）。

3. Mixing volume: the automatic feeding mixer is placed in the horizontal position, the mixing bucket can hold the concrete materials (including water) that have not been mixed, and can mix and transport the amount of concrete (calculated by the volume after tamping).

三者的聯絡應該是：拌和車幾許容積＞拌和容積＞拌和動容積，用戶常常所說的容積應該是指攪動容積，所以在現購拌和車時，要注意差異問清車輛的拌和容積。
