通常，攪拌車的攪拌筒不旋轉有兩個原因：（1）液壓系統或發動機故障，以及（2）電動機故障。處理方法如下。

Generally, the mixing drum of the mixer truck does not rotate for two reasons: (1) hydraulic system or engine failure, and (2) motor failure. The treatment method is as follows.

1.液壓系統或發動機故障的處理：

1. Troubleshooting of hydraulic system or engine:

（1）打開用于運輸混凝土的攪拌機攪拌筒的檢查孔蓋，松開電機高壓軟管的管接頭，旋轉攪拌筒，將攪拌筒的檢查孔斜向下方旋轉，然后檢查混凝土攪拌筒。從孔中排出。

(1) Open the inspection hole cover of the mixing drum of the mixer used to transport concrete, loosen the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose of the motor, rotate the mixing drum, rotate the inspection hole of the mixing drum obliquely downward, and then check the concrete mixing drum. The other end of the oil return pipe is connected to the oil pump return port of the ambulance, and the ambulance controls the rotation of the mixing drum of the failed vehicle to discharge the concrete.

現場測試表明，制造工廠中的所有工具完成后，采用二種方法大約需要一個小時，這在施工現場可能很耗時，因此一種方法是排出混凝土。建議使用。

2.電機故障：易于處理。卸載救援車輛的電動機，將其連接到發生故障的車輛，連接每個油管，啟動救援車輛并排凈攪拌桶中的混凝土。

2. Motor fault: easy to handle. Unload the motor of the rescue vehicle, connect it to the failed vehicle, connect each oil pipe, start the rescue vehicle and drain the concrete in the mixing drum.

換句話說，當在運輸混凝土的攪拌車中發生故障時，必須及早發現原因并采取諸如將混凝土倒入攪拌筒中的措施以故障。
